Air Fried Fish & Chips

Fish and chips is classic comfort food and fast food. Making it healthier at home is a win win. Rockfish is an excellent choice for this dish! It has a very light flavor so you get the full Louisiana seasoning flavor.


  • 4-6 Rockfish fillets
  • 10 oz package Louisiana Fish Fry, crispy seasoned bread mix
  • Olive oil (for spritzing)
  • Serve with favorite fries


  1. Rinse the fish in cool water and gently dab excess water off.
  2. Coat the fillet in seasoned bread mix.
  3. Cook each fillet in the air frier on the seafood setting.
  4. Once fish are crispy and fork tender serve with your favorite prepared fries.
